After meeting 8 years ago in German class, their friendship flourished into genuine love. Brice knew from the beginning Meghan was going to be special, which is why he kept the crocheted heart she gave him for Christmas in his pocket every day, even right next to his heart on their wedding day.
On June 12th of 2021, Meghan and Brice said their vows under a canopy of lush trees as birds softly sang in the distance. The Woodgate at the Stroudsmoor Country Inn was the perfect setting for the whimsical wedding inspired by the joys of nature. Adding a new tradition to their lives, Meghan and Brice had a tree-watering ceremony. Together they watered a small tree, which they will nurture throughout their marriage as a symbol of care and growth.
Meghan and Brice had a few more surprises to make their wedding truly unique to them. Guests signed two frames showcasing custom artwork Sasha Rodriquez drew of Meghan, Brice, and their two cats Ash and Nugget. Everyone got a slice of cake – and PIE from their pie bar. With stomachs happy and full, the dance floor was open! After the bouquet toss, Brice fired a t-shirt canon out into the crowd and one lucky guest got a fresh t-shirt featuring the same extraordinary artwork of Meghan, Brice, and their fur babies. The night ended with an ice-cream truck to refresh all the guests loving the dancefloor.
