One of Alessia’s most cherished childhood memories were made going to Italy during the summers to visit my family and immersing in the culture and enjoying the food. Of course, Alessia took Eric to Italy for his first time, exposing himself to a whole new world of cuisine and romance. When there, they had the opportunity to take a pasta making class! To stay true to their Italian passion, Alessia and Eric made fresh pasta for their engagement session. In all honestly, I didn’t have to direct them much as they naturally danced, laughed, and moved around the kitchen like it was their own little slice of heaven. Their love for cooking and each other was so transparent!

After the pasta was made, we decided to run down the block to Bradley Beach, New Jersey. A storm was rolling in, but that didn’t stop Alessia and Eric from unleashing their inner childish sides. They ran up and down the beach, danced all over the wet sand, and even ran into the ocean at the end for a romantic moment. It was truly like watching a beach scene from a romance novel play out!
