A Modern & Timeless Wedding at Hudson House
Juliette & Brian’s chic NYC-overlooking celebration
Juliette and Brian’s wedding at Hudson House in Jersey City was the definition of modern elegance—clean lines, a black-and-white palette, and the New York City skyline framing every part of their day.
The morning began at the Hyatt House, where both of them got ready in suites overlooking Manhattan. Soft natural light filled the rooms as Juliette had her hair and makeup done by the talented team at La Belle Visage, her look polished, romantic, and classic. She stepped into her stunning Justin Alexander gown, a sleek white dress with a dramatic statement bow flowing down the back—architectural, minimal, and undeniably chic. Brian and the groomsmen matched the aesthetic perfectly in timeless black tuxes from Black Tux, complete with bowties and crisp details.
Their first look happened outside on the pier with the sun pouring over their shoulders and the skyline shimmering behind them. It was a quiet and emotional moment—just the two of them, with Manhattan as their witness.
Before the ceremony, they spent time on the top floor of Hudson House, home to an extravagant bar, open air patio, and panoramic views. The space offered the perfect blend of style and calm before the celebration began.
Their ceremony took place beneath a breathtaking open floral arch designed by Lezze Flowers of Wallington—white blooms and airy structure reaching skyward, complementing the room’s modern architecture. Floor-to-ceiling windows flooded the space with natural light, making Juliette’s walk down the aisle feel cinematic.
After the “I do’s,” guests moved into cocktail hour and then the reception, where Hudson House’s signature sweeping windows kept the skyline in full view as day melted into night. Dinner by Hudson House, desserts and wedding cake from Palermo’s, and music curated by Sound Explosion DJs kept energy high and the dance floor full. The full celebration was captured beautifully by LPS Video and, of course, by your photography.
Everything came together seamlessly—clean, modern, timeless, and full of heart.
