A spring-time wedding at The Madison Hotel
Spring weddings have a magical charm, and Tom and Alexis’ special day at The Madison Hotel in Morristown, New Jersey, was a great example. Surrounded by the vibrant blooms of early spring, particularly tulips peeking through, their wedding was a perfect blend of vintage elegance and heartfelt moments. Alexis began her day in a vintage royal-inspired gown, complete with a stunning long cape that exuded timeless elegance. Both Tom and Alexis got ready at the venue, adding a touch of intimacy and convenience to their morning. Instead of a traditional first look, they opted for a “first touch” outside the venue, sharing a private moment filled with anticipation and love.
The ceremony took place in The Madison Hotel’s beautiful greenhouse, bathed in natural light and filled with high emotions as family and friends witnessed their vows. Following the ceremony, the greenhouse was transformed into an elegant reception space with cool, artful tones. Adding a personal twist, Alexis changed into a striking black dress handcrafted by her mother. Their first dance was mesmerizing, and instead of a traditional bouquet toss, they tossed plush cat toys, encouraging guests to adopt a pet or donate to a shelter. The night concluded with guests dancing the night away, celebrating Tom and Alexis’ love in a joyful and lively atmosphere.
